We have worked with many builders all over Spain. We have narrowed down the selection process to ensure you get the very best builder at the very best price. We send your design out to around three builders for tender and then our technical architect will work through each submitted tender before we present all the options to you. Part of the process will be to view construction at various stages to ensure an informed decision is made on which construction company will build your Designer Villa in Spain. Our builders have decades of experience, they are second generation family builders with decades of experience and thousands of projects already executed.

We have worked with many interior designers all over Spain. We have narrowed down the selection process to ensure you get the very interior designer at the very best price. We send your design out to around three interior designers for tender and then we will work through each submitted design before we present all the options to you. Part of the process will be to view their previous projects to ensure an informed decision is made on which company will design the interior of your Designer Villa in Spain. The Interior Designer is a key role in transforming a great project into a wonderful home. They will plan how the home can be lived in for maximum enjoyment.

Our legal team

You will need a Spanish based lawyer to protect your interests throughout the process. Initially this will be prior to any funds change hands. He/She will need to liase with local town halls to ensure you can build what you are aiming to build on the land you are looking to purchase. He/she will need to work alongside the architect in discussions with the local town hall through the planning application. He/she will then on your behalf draw up a tight contract with the builder to ensure you don't get surprises on through the construction process. The lawyer is chosen by you and works for you.
