VILLA CASCADA

This was a great project, we originally purchased an old villa from the bank with absolutely breathtaking views over the bay of Javea. We worked with our architect Gabriel Cantor from Valencia.

We wanted to design a villa that would be fabulous to live in and make the most of the levels the natural terrain created. It was decided that the pool would be on two levels, the original idea was that two guest bedrooms on the lower level would have access to the lower level pool. The eventual owner tweaked the design and repositioned the bedroom on this level to the back and created an awesome entertaining area with access to both the external pool and the internal pool area.

The construction was carried out by Tip Top based in Denia and the stunning interior design was performed by the Javea based team at Jessica Bataille-The Lifestyle Company.
