Stunning modern villa designed and constructed for an investment.The client asked us to locate a plot of land that we could develop and bring a turn key villa to the open market. We located a plot on the urbanisation of Monte Mayor that excited us and with our preferred architect on the Costa del Sol Laura, started working on the design.
The design is absolutely spectacular and in the gallery below we would like to present the villa from the original 3D renders presented to the investor to the finished Villa presented to the open market.
The villa was completed with a Marbella based interior design company Grace and Soul. Gracia softened the Ultra Modern design to create a warm welcoming home environment.
