VILLA Rio jalon

This was a great project in Javea. We introduced the clients to the team of architects at Nakatomi who are based in Gandia. The town hall in Javea requires that 50% of the roof is in the traditional mediterranean style. This was really well incorporated by the architects where they created a wonderful open entrance area under the traditional roof. The villa was constructed by the team at Gecko and used high quality materials from Porcelanosa. The clients were based in Hong Kong during the design and construction period and apart from a few visits everything was done remotely. The clients enjoyed the process and after moving into the villa in Javea, sold the property for a good return and are now in the process of building again.
